We welcome a variety of insurance providers, including UC Concordia and Delta Dental.
We recommend contacting the specific office you plan to visit in advance to verify
your insurance eligibility.
What if I don't have insurance?
Your smile deserves exceptional care—with or without insurance. Our membership plan is designed to be affordable, helping you maintain your smile’s health and brightness.
$250/yr (For Adults)
$200/yr (For Kids)
What’s included:
- Comprehensive coverage for two routine exams per year
- Two professional cleanings included to maintain your dental health
- Full suite of necessary X-Rays at no extra cost
- Two fluoride treatments annually for children to protect young smiles
- A generous 15% discount on all other dental procedures (except bleaching and Invisalign)
This plan is non-refundable. No refunds or premiums will be issued at any time if participant decides not to utilize their dental membership. You will not receive a membership card – your plans effective date will be on file with our office.
